Our professors teach not only excellence, they also write and publish their knowledge, particularly in the form of sustainable professional and trade literature.
Good literature is worth its weight in gold. Our professors strive to fill any gaps of knowledge with experience based professional literature for the hotel management industry. The best example is the handbook „Rundum erfolgreich im Hotelmanagement“ (All around success in hotel management), which was published in 2015 by Prof. Dr. Carolin Steinhauser and Prof. Ronny Baierl. It focuses on the four dimensions of entrepreneurial success in hotel management: online reputation, cost awareness, employees and business models. Another milestone in the technical literature for the hotel management was published in the beginning of 2016 by Dr. Carolin Steinhauser in collaboration with Barbara Theiner: „Hotelvertrieb 3.0 – Ihr Weg zur besseren Zimmerauslastung“ (Hotel Distribution 3.0 - Your path to a better occupancy rate). You can look forward to many good incentives for educational and professional experience.
