Digital transformation is confronting businesses of all sizes and in all sectors with significant challenges, both now and in the future, and is raising a whole host of strategic, organizational and technical issues. The degree program leading to a master’s in Digital Business Management (M. Sc.) teaches you in four semesters the right knowledge, expertise and methodological skills you need to successfully deal with business – and especially strategic – issues.
The highlights of this course comprise its core modules on digital business strategies and digital business methods and the electives/specializations as well as its interdisciplinary and international approach. In the strategies modules, core aspects of corporate management and corporate development are covered, such as digital strategy, digital culture, innovation management and knowledge management. In the methods modules, you deal with innovation management, process management and change management.
Within the required modules for Cyber security and software engineering, the available options enable a highly customized specialization. You cover one of the two electives in line with your experiences, personal preferences and/or the requirements of the labor market.
