Study and benefit together Referral Programme by the Berlin SRH Universities

You are happy with your studies at one of the Berlin SRH universities or at Campus Dresden? Then refer us to your friends and family and benefit financially. For every successful referral to one of the four SRH locations you will receive a bonus of €500.
Your investment – An overview of the costs
- The tuition fees for all Bachelor programmes are 590 € per month for EU/EEA students and 4,500 € per semester for Non-EU/Non-EEA Students.
- For all Master programmes in Dresden the tuition fees are 680 € per month for EU/EEA students and 5,400 € per semester for Non-EU/Non-EEA Students.
- There is also a one-time enrolment fee of 500 € for EU/EEA students and 900 € for Non-EU/Non-EEA Students (including welcome package).
Study loan by Studentische Darlehenskasse Berlin (daka Berlin)
SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences is part of Studentische Darlehenskasse Berlin (daka Berlin).
Daka Berlin has provided students with loans since 1950s.
Loan amount:
Students of the Dresden School of Management are able to receive a maximum of €750 per month for a maximum duration of 3 years of study (36 months). A one-off payment of €1.500 (max.) is possible.
Interest rate & costs:
The study loan is offered at a fixed interest rate. During the first five years the interest rate is 1% p.a.; between the 6th and the 8th year it is 2% p.a.; from the 9th year onwards an interest rate of 4% p.a. is charged. The first repayment is due six months after the last loan installment was paid and - under any circumstances- the due date can be postponed for another six months.
Loan conditions:
Students can apply for the loan regardless of age, background or their parents' income. The loan applies to all study programmes of DResden School of Management. Students need to reside in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
If you wish to apply for the loan, you need to provide:
- completed application form
- directly-liable guarantee. Please not that guarantors need to be EU/German citizens or need to have a German permanent residence permit and need to reside in Germany
- enrolled students: assessment of study completion date signed by a professor
- applicants: assessment of study completion date signed by the admission office
Loan applications are approved twice a month. Normally, the first rate is paid as early as two weeks after the submission of the application. Please find deadlines and more information on the daka Berlin website.
Semester abroad – Support from ERASMUS
All students whose home country is within the European Union can apply for support from ERASMUS.

Extremely helpful – Our Part-Time Job Fair

Our Part-Time Job Fair, which takes place at the beginning of each winter semester, provides our students with the optimal chance to make their first contact with hotels and other enterprises in Dresden and recruitment agencies right on our doorstep.
Our tip – Apply for student financial assistance (BAFöG)
The SRH Hochschule Berlin is a state recognized university. For this reason, students have a right to funding from the German state according to the Federal Training Assistance Act (BAFöG)
The terms of BAFöG are not reserved exclusively to German citizens. Eligible beneficiaries include EU citizens and foreigners, as long as a residency permit and the individual support requirements are met.
