During your studies here at the Campus Dresden, we are not merely concerned with the pursuit of knowledge. Rather, we prepare you as realistically as possible for your professional future. Therefore, our lecturers and professors organize collaborative projects, in which lessons are transformed into hands-on learning experiences.

Two examples of this are our Minimum Wage Study with the German Hotel and Restaurant Association and our yearly Panel Discussion as part of the largest International Tourism Convention in Berlin (ITB).

To illustrate and supplement the learning content, our lecturers and professors frequently invite expert practitioners to share their valuable experience and support our students with tips from their everyday professional lives.

Trainings Fidelio

With a variety of additional offers, we enable our students to improve their skills and develop new capabilities. It may be, for example the mixture of a perfect cocktail at our bar course or learning to use the hotel software Fidelio.
Even IT skills can be supplemented, i.e. with broadened knowledge of the Microsoft Office programme Excel. Whenever students find knowledge gaps in their practical training, we will respond immediately.
