SRH Dresden meets Hyatt
Students "International Hotel Management" design restaurant concept within a practical project
This week the students "International Hotel Management" made their way to Berlin in the seminar "Food & Beverage Management II" to experience the start of a special practical project: Students from all over the world will work on the new concept of the "Titian" restaurant and present their results at the beginning of 2019.
Prof. Dr. Bohne, head of the course, is very pleased with the practical project: "Our thanks go to the Grand Hyatt Berlin for this great opportunity to participate in a new restaurant concept". Together with Helen Schoeps, Talent Manager Germany, Sascha Schulze, Director of Sales (graduate of the SRH Hotel-Akademie Dresden), and chef Holger Joost, the project framework was outlined, five focal points defined (food concept, design, pricing etc.) and the basics for the elaboration and presentations given. Fernanda Galvao, a student in her 7th semester and currently an intern at the Grand Hyatt Berlin, was also there. She gave valuable tips for the successful and varied work in the "World of Hyatt".
