Students design an "New Face and New Concept for our restaurant TIZIAN" as part of the module "Food & Beverage II
Once again we had important visitors at our campus. Helen Schoeps, Talent Manager Germany, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Firass Abdo, Executive Assistant Manager F&B, Grand Hyatt Berlin came to Dresden to attend the presentations of the results of a joint practice project.
In the seminar "Food & Beverage Management II" of the English-taught Bachelor's programme "International Hotel Management" the students designed a new concept for the restaurant Tizian Lounge & Restaurant. In five groups they worked on the topics competition analysis, design/brand, food concept, beverages and price calculation.
Prof. Dr. Bohne, programme director, was delighted with the practical project: "We would like to thank the Grand Hyatt Berlin for this great opportunity to participate in a new restaurant concept.
